Construction
Our 2708 & 2709 cones are built using 10-gauge sheets and 2706 is built with 11-gauge sheets, ensuring a robust and long-lasting storage solution.
Leg to Cone Connection
The connection between the legs and the cone is made using strong 3x3 tubing, ensuring a reliable and sturdy setup. Quantity of legs is 18.
Discharge System
Our cones feature a rack and pinion slider tray with an 20-inch discharge, allowing for efficient and controlled material flow.
Air System
We offer both single and cross inverted V (dog Hutt) air systems for our cones, allowing for effective grain management.
Reinforced Legs
We utilize 6x6 legs with an extra 2 feet of reinforcement at the bottom. This not only adds strength to the cone but also increases the footprint of the legs to 18 inches wide. This wider footprint allows for better weight distribution, whether on a skid or a cement pad.
Double Banding
We secure our cones with 3/8x8" double banding, offering additional support and structural integrity.
Skids
Our 27-foot cones come with 4x6" quad skids, providing stable support for the entire structure.
Cross Bracing
For increased stability, we incorporate cross braces between the legs using high tensile pipe.

Our cones come with rack and pinion slider trays, featuring an 18" discharge with 30" ground clearance. We offer options for cones with a skid, providing a 26" clearance without the skid.
Air System
All our regular 2406 cones come with air rails and a half air tube, allowing for efficient and effective air delivery.
Bracing
We incorporate 2x2 bracing between the legs and the cone, enhancing stability and structural integrity.
Legs
We use 16 legs made of 4x6" 3/16" wall tubing, providing strong and sturdy support for the cone.
Skids
Our regular 2406 cones come with a 4x6" triple skid. However, we also offer the option for a quad skid or no skid, depending on your preferences.

Banding
On 2406 We are using a combination of a 3/8"x8" outside band and a 1/4"x6" inside band. This combination ensures strength and durability, with additional welded padding for added protection.
